XML2PBI.com provides an online tool that allows users to upload Primavera P6 XML/XER files and automatically generate a Power BI dashboard template.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the content of the files you upload.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or any other losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or corruption of your files, data, or projects resulting from the use of our Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You are solely responsible for backing up your own data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the generated Power BI dashboards.
The Service, its design, and the underlying code are owned by XML2PBI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated templates for your personal or internal business purposes.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
